Regain Femininity LLC operates this website. When this policy says I or me, it means Regain Femininity LLC. When it says you, it means anyone visiting this site, booking a session, applying for mentorship, or joining the letters.

I only collect what I need in order to do the work, and I collect it because you give it to me.

• Your name and email, when you write to me, book a session or join the letters
• Your telephone number, if you choose to give it
• What you write in a message, a pre-session form, or a mentorship application
• Basic technical information such as your browser and approximate location, gathered automatically by the site

To reply to you. To prepare for and hold the session you have booked. To read and respond to a mentorship application. To send the letters, if you asked for them. And to keep the records a business is required to keep.

I do not use what you tell me in a session or an application for anything other than the work itself. Nothing you write to me becomes an example, a case study, or a post.

Sessions are booked through a scheduling service and paid through a payment processor. Your card details go directly to the processor and are never held by me. I see only your name, your email, and confirmation that a payment succeeded.

The pre-session questions you answer before we meet are held with the same care as anything else you tell me, and are covered by section three.

If you join the list, your email is stored with an email service in order to send the letters. There is an unsubscribe link at the foot of every one, and using it removes you immediately without a sequence of emails asking you to reconsider.

Joining the letters and booking a session are separate. Booking does not add you to the list.

This site uses a small number of cookies so that it works properly and so I can see, in aggregate, which pages people read. It does not use advertising cookies and it does not track you across other websites.

The Cookie Policy sets out which cookies are used and what each one does.

A small number of services help me run this business, and they see only what they need to. Website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, and email delivery. Each is bound to handle your information properly and none of them may use it for their own purposes.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as they are useful and then deleted. Records connected to a paid session are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your place on the letters list is kept until you unsubscribe.

If you want something removed sooner, ask, and I will remove it unless I am required to keep it.

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can withdraw consent to the letters at any time. You can ask for a copy of what you have given me.

Write to hello@regainfemininity.com and I will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the period the law allows.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
