Refund & Cancellation Policy

The detail below explains how that works and why. If your circumstances are unusual, write to me rather than assuming the answer is no.

You can move your Clarity Session to another time at no cost, provided you do so at least 24 hours before it is due to begin. Use the link in your confirmation email.

There is no limit on how many times you may move a session within that notice period, though I would rather you chose a time you can keep.

Cancel more than 24 hours before your session and you will be refunded in full, to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days.

Cancel inside 24 hours and the fee is not refunded. The time was held for you and cannot realistically be filled at that notice.

If you do not arrive and have not been in touch, the session is treated as held and the fee is not refunded.

If something genuinely went wrong, write to me. I would rather hear what happened than apply a rule to someone who was having a bad day.

If I have to reschedule, I will tell you as early as I can and offer you another time. If none of them suit you, you will be refunded in full.

The same applies if I cancel for any reason. You are never left out of pocket because of a change at my end.

Mentorship is a longer arrangement and is not covered by the session policy above. Its own terms, including notice and any refund, are set out in writing before we begin.

Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. No payment is taken unless we have both agreed to work together.

To move a session, use the link in your confirmation email. For anything else, including a refund you think is fair but which falls outside this policy, write to me.
